Shannon Blake is a dedicated educator turned stay-at-home mom, with a passion for fostering strong connections between parents, educators, and students. With 14 years of experience in education, spanning roles from teaching fifth, fourth, and second grade to serving as a curriculum resource teacher and school administrator, Shannon could not leave her education background after becoming a mom.  After relocating to Idaho 3 years ago, Shannon immersed herself in her children's school community at Seven Oaks Elementary. From volunteering in classrooms to taking on leadership roles within the PTA, including serving as Treasurer for two years and now as President, she actively works to strengthen the partnership between home and school.

Beyond her professional and volunteering endeavors, Shannon is a devoted wife to her husband Kiley and mother to three children: Lincoln (9), Ashby (8), and Millie (4). With her involvement in the school community and belief in the power of cooperation between all stakeholders, Shannon Blake is excited at the prospect of becoming the State of Idaho's PTA President-Elect.
