Idaho PTA is proud to announce our Annual Convention Friday, April 21st Meridian, Idaho. PTA leaders and membership from all over the state will come together to become more educated and motivated to advocate on behalf of Idaho’s children. Idaho PTA offers parents, teachers, legislators, and students the opportunity to attend current and relevant workshops on leadership skills, teaching/learning styles, cultural arts, and many more subjects.
We would like to invite you to attend our Convention at the West Ada Training Center 1303 E Central Dr, Meridian, ID Offering information about your products and services at this convention is a great way to reach parents and teachers from around the state. In turn, our members appreciate the opportunity to learn more about education services and fundraising opportunities from you

Idaho Voice Newsletter- To be included in Call to Convention edition of The Voice, payment and Logo need to be received by March 15th.
Inserts in Convention Bags- Brochures, pamphlets, special offers, promotional items and/or business cards. Please send materials for 100 attendees to be received by April 15th. If you live in the Boise or Pocatello area a drop off can be arranged with one of our board members.

Program Ads- email a digital file to email@example.com. Ads must be received no later than April 15th
Prerecorded interview- Each Sponsor will be able to record information about their company that will be included on the Convention page.
Convention- Only organizations whose services and/or products are appropriately related to the education, health, welfare or personal development of children and youth shall be permitted to exhibit.*
Exhibitors will be allowed to sell products in the exhibit area.
Space is limited and will be assigned as contracts are received.
Contract and your payment must be received no later than April 8th; late exhibits may be accepted if there is room.
If Exhibit must be cancelled after, fees are non-refundable
All exhibitors must provide a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance.
Certificates of Liability may be emailed to the Idaho PTA Office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Vendor Expo will be Friday, April 21st 8:30-10:30am the West Ada Training Center 1303 E Central Dr, Meridian, ID set up starts at 7:30am 6’ tables will be provided. You will need to provide your own linens. Larger space accommodations can be made for Platinum and Diamond Sponsors. There are some outlets so let us know in comments if you need be near one. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own extension cords. No nails or tacks can used, however lite banners can be hung using nonpermanent 3M adhesives, etc.
Platinum and Diamond Sponsors- a member of the convention committee will contact you by April 15th to schedule your speaking time. In the comments section on contact please note if you will be providing your own banner/poster for the main room or if you will need one provided for you.
