Friends of Idaho PTA is a non-voting, associate membership opportunity offered by the Idaho State PTA to individuals, businesses, and organizations who wish to support our mission to advocate for children and elevate family engagement.

Friends of Idaho PTA is a non-voting, associate membership opportunity offered by the Idaho State PTA to individuals, businesses, organizations—and parent groups such as PTOs, Boosters, and Site Councils—who wish to support our mission to advocate for children and elevate family engagement in education.

💛 PTOs and other parent groups who join as Friends of Idaho PTA are invited to participate in all Idaho PTA leadership trainings, advocacy campaigns, and statewide programs. While this associate status does not include voting rights or official PTA membership privileges, it opens the door to collaboration, connection, and capacity-building across our shared goals.

📬 Donors may receive communications, invitations to special events, and recognition based on donation level, as determined by the Idaho PTA Board of Directors.

📣 All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Contributions will be used at the discretion of the Idaho PTA to support advocacy, leadership development, and statewide initiatives in alignment with our nonprofit mission.

📝 Idaho PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor for personal guidance.

  • No—Friends of Idaho PTA is an associate giving program, not a voting membership. Donors are not required to attend meetings or join a local unit. Instead, your gift shows public support for the Idaho PTA’s mission and helps fund statewide efforts. If you’d like to become a voting member, we can help connect you to your local unit.

  • Your contribution directly supports statewide programs, advocacy, leadership training, and outreach initiatives. Idaho PTA works year-round to elevate family engagement, influence education policy, and equip volunteers across every corner of our state. Your donation helps us do more—and reach more.
