Jamie Braithwaite

President

Jamie is honored to serve as the Idaho State PTA President, bringing decades of experience in advocacy, education, and community leadership. A passionate champion for children and families, she believes deeply in the Idaho PTA mission: to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities.

Jamie’s leadership is rooted in collaboration and communication. She has served in multiple PTA and PTO roles at the local and regional level and currently represents Idaho on the national stage through initiatives such as the “More Social, Less Media” movement, which promotes student wellness and digital safety.

A dedicated mother of seven, Jamie balances her volunteer service with her work as a business consultant, real estate professional, and podcast host. She is committed to revitalizing PTA membership statewide, amplifying the voices of Idaho parents and educators, and building systems that make advocacy more accessible and impactful.

She invites every parent, educator, and community member to join the movement—because together, we can make a difference for every child, in every school, across Idaho.
