OUR Positions
Idaho PTA Resolutions
Idaho PTA’s advocacy is guided by National PTA Resolutions as well as Idaho PTA Resolutions. Together, these resolutions help define our priorities, inform our legislative work, and support our mission to improve outcomes for all children.
National PTA Resolutions
National PTA considers resolutions each year at its annual convention. A convention resolution is brought forward because of its importance, length, or complexity. Resolutions are submitted in writing and must meet specific criteria.
Resolutions may be submitted by a local PTA, council PTA, district/region PTA, state PTA, or the National PTA Board of Directors.

Idaho PTA Resolutions
Idaho PTA also maintains resolutions that reflect the priorities, needs, and voices of Idaho families, schools, and communities. These Idaho-specific positions help guide our advocacy efforts at the state level and support local leaders in advancing meaningful change for children.
